All items (excluding handcrafted items) will be shipped within 4 business days after receipt of your order.

Customs and Import Duties for International Orders

Import duties and VAT; taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return policy

It’s possible to request a return within 14 days from when you received the item.

However, an item has to be unused, and a reason for return must be related to our error (e.g., you didn’t receive the item you ordered, or you received a faulty item). In this case, the return shipping cost will also be paid by us.

Regarding our products made by hand, please note that even if we use the same fabric, the pattern may vary so it may not be exactly the same as the photo.
