Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, including sale items, to all destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing

All orders are dispatched from Osaka, Japan within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Sundays and Japanese public holidays are excluded. Made-to-order art prints are produced within this processing period.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you by email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs clearance. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Art prints are generally duty-free. However, customs classification and import requirements are determined by the destination country.

Depending on the destination and product, VAT, import duties, local taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package may be charged to the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
