Refund policy

2. Returns
Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Receipt: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Handcrafted items (due to the unique nature of each product)
Custom-made items
4. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our store with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our store.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
