Charges Other Than Product Prices
- Shipping: Free worldwide shipping.
- Taxes collected by us: Included in the product price or displayed as part of the final total at checkout, where applicable.
- Import charges: Customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees may be charged depending on the destination and product. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility. The amount is determined by the destination country’s authorities or the relevant carrier.
- Internet and communication charges: Any charges incurred when accessing our website are the customer’s responsibility under their agreement with their internet or mobile service provider.
Art prints are generally duty-free, but customs classification and local tax treatment are determined by the destination country.

Payment Timing
Payment is authorized or charged when the order is placed. The exact processing time may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation will be sent after your order is placed. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order due to availability, payment, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or an error in product or pricing information, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount paid.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Osaka, Japan within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Sundays and Japanese public holidays are excluded. Made-to-order art prints are produced within this processing period.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. Any delivery date provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. For details, please review our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
Made-to-order, custom-made, or personalized products, including made-to-order art prints, cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.
For other eligible products, please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or handling fees are non-refundable. For complete conditions, please review our Refund Policy.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. After confirming the issue, we will provide a free replacement or an appropriate refund. Where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed and may be accepted only before order processing or production has begun. Once processing, production, or shipment has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Sales Quantities and Application Periods
Products are available while supplies or production capacity last. Any purchase limits or application periods for limited products or promotions will be displayed on the relevant product or promotional page.
